Returns

Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies,RoyalWholesaleCandy.com does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) may NOT be returned.Β

Returns

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • Customers must contact our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receiving their order to initiate a return or exchange.
    • You can reach us by calling 1-856-222-1336 or emailing support@royalwholesalecandy.com. Our representatives will be happy to assist you.
  2. Conditions for Returns:

    • All returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
    • Returns requested after this period may incur a 15% restocking fee.
    • Returns for orders placed by mistake or for incorrect item numbers provided will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
    • Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.
    • Returns for damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after this timeframe.
  4. Important Recommendations:

    • We encourage customers to thoroughly check their orders upon receipt to ensure accuracy.
    • When placing orders, please use item numbers instead of descriptions to avoid any errors. If you need a list of commonly ordered item numbers, feel free to request it from our Customer Service team.
